Impact Athletic Center:

Front of House

The Courtside Grille is seeking friendly, dependable, and motivated team members to join our restaurant staff. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, works well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and is committed to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional workspace. Duties include, but are not limited to: taking orders and handling payment through the POS, some food preparation, cleaning and restocking, and assisting with opening and closing duties, while maintaining a positive, team-centered attitude. This is a non-traditional restaurant, which includes multiple service points through the athletic facility, particularly during events and weekend tournaments. Weekend availability is required for all applicants.

• Employment Type: Part-time, flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Pay: $16.00/hour plus tips
• Education & Experience: High school diploma is recommended, but not required. Previous restaurant or customer serivce is preferred, but not required.

Custodian

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the facility. Duties include, but not limited to, cleaning bathrooms, hallways, court space, locker rooms, and common spaces. In addition, managing waste and recycling, restocking supplies, and ensuring equipment and surfaces are properly sanitized. The role helps provide a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for athletes, staff, and visitors.

• Employment Type: Part-time, weekday mornings
• Pay Range: $16.00/hour - $18.00/hour
• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred and 1+ year of custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
