Bio: Our Food & Beverage operation includes The Courtside Grille, Smack Shack, and The Market, a Grab n’ Go lobby counter. Jaclyn is responsible for delivering a fast, efficient, and high-quality experience during high-volume events and weekends. Service includes lunch, dinner, Thursday Night Trivia, Weekend Tournaments as well as catering and special events. She maintains high standards of food, service, health and safety.
