Adult Small Group Training

This small group program combines functional strength training and conditioning to improve your overall strength, athleticism, mobility, and stability. Each training session is 45 minutes and will begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the workout. The warm-up will be followed by your main workout/lifts and will end with a challenging finisher. Each workout has a maximum of 12 participants to ensure that each person is receiving proper instruction, modifications and progressions, and attention within an engaging small group setting. No experience, no problem! Whether you are a complete beginner or seeking a challenge, you will be sure to have a great workout!

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be functional strength training workouts. These workouts are designed to improve your overall strength, increase your mobility, and build and maintain muscle.
Tuesdays and Thursdays workouts will focus on improving your power, strength, endurance, and stamina.
Saturday workouts are circuit style workouts that combine strength, power, and conditioning for a fun and challenging workout.
Times: Monday—Thursday: 7am, 8am, 10:15am, 6pm, 7pm.
Friday: 7am, 8am, 10:15am, 12pm.
Saturday: 8am, 9am, 10:15am

Yoga Classes
Yoga Foundations
Instructors: Ian Engel
The perfect class whether you’re new to yoga or looking to return to the basics. This class is an exploration of poses with an anatomical perspective on movement that will leave you feeling grounded with an increase awareness of your movement patterns and the space you hold. This class is great for complete beginners – intermediate yogis.

Power Yoga
Instructors: Sheryl Campbell
Power yoga is a faster-paced yoga flow focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through yoga postures and sequences. In this class you will receive a total body workout that blends vinyasa style yoga sequences and poses. Expect to be challenged, improve your strength, and improve your flexibility. This class is can be modified for all fitness levels.
Times: Wednesday at 5:45pm.
Yoga-bility
Instructors: Marc Salvi
Traditional vinyasa style yoga and philosophy with a modern twist. While the foundation of this class will be steeped in traditional yoga postures we will be infusing mobility type movements designed to improve our ability, flexibility, balance, and strength. In this class our breath will be our guide to our movements with the intent to help students find a moving meditation or flow state to carry on with them through the rest of their day. All levels welcome, this class will be especially beneficial to those with active lifestyles, athletes, martial artists, and all other workout enthusiasts.

Studio Classes
Total Body Sculpt
Instructors: Tiffany Morgan
This class uses a combination of dumbbell, resistance band, and body-weight exercises for a low-impact total body workout. Be prepared to get stronger and more confident during this 45 minute class. You can expect to workout to energizing music, be challenged, and feel stronger within a supportive and encouraging environment.

Cardio Kickboxing Hybrid
Instructors: Kara Carter
Transform your body and elevate your fitness with our dynamic kickboxing and strength workout! This high-energy class combines the best of both worlds, delivering an intense cardio kickboxing session followed by a muscle-building strength training segment. You’ll punch, kick, and jab your way through a series or challenging shadow kickboxing combinations to improve your balance, coordination, and endurance. Then, we’ll shift gears to build strength and muscle with a variety of resistance exercises that will leave you feeling powerful and energized. Suitable for all fitness levels, our experienced trainers will guide you every step of the way, ensuring proper form and technique throughout the workout. Join us for a one-of-a-kind fitness experience that will leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to take on whatever challenges come your way.

Kickboxing Strength Fusion

Experience the ultimate full-body workout with our shadow kickboxing strength fusion class! Our expert trainers will guide you through a series of shadow boxing fundamentals and strength training exercises that are tailored to your pace, allowing you to get your sweat on and build your strength. We’ll start with a warm-up that will get your heart rate pumping and your body moving before transitioning to a weighted workout that focuses on building your strength. Then, its time to hit the mat for 3 rounds of shadow kickboxing, where you can choose your own intensity level, all while being guided by your trainer. This workout is suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications are available to ensure that everyone can participate. Join us for a fun, challenging, and fully guided workout that will leave you feeling energized and empowered.

Engage your body in a 45-minute shadow kickboxing workout accompanied by an invigorating playlist that will push you to new levels of intensity. This workout emphasizes the basics of boxing with a particular emphasis on strengthening your core. As you maintain an elevated heart rate, you’ll find yourself enjoying the experience rather than feeling like you’re working out. Suitable for all fitness levels, regardless of experience. Don’t forget to bring a mat for the core burnout at the end, modifications will be available to those who need them.

Power HIIT

Looking for an invigorating workout that will challenge your body and push you to new limits? Join us for our high-energy bootcamp class, where you’ll experience a dynamic combination of strength training and cardio exercises. Our expert trainers will guide you through a series of challenging workouts designed to build your endurance, improve your muscle tone, and elevate your fitness level.
Our strength training segments focus on building your core, upper body, and lower body strength using weights and bodyweight exercises. Our cardio section incorporates high-intensity interval training (HIIT), plyometrics drills, and explosive movements to elevate your heart rate and burn calories.
Power HIIT is suitable for all fitness levels with modifications available to ensure your working at a pace that feels right for you. Join us for a fun and challenging workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized!

Ballroom & Latin Dancing
Participate in 4 nights of Ballroom and Latin dancing, perfect for beginners as well as experienced dancers who are looking to enhance their skills or acquire new ones. During these dance classes, you will learn basic dance steps and movements including Waltz, Foxtrot, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Tango, and more! Single and couples are welcome.

In addition to Physical Therapy, Impact has a Recovery suite that houses some of the best equipment sports science has to offer: from cryotherapy chambers, to compression sleeves, to therapy percussion guns and more. Injured and uninjured athletes alike are invited here to rejuvenate their bodies and reap the benefits of cutting edge sports technology.
